Two of the three model homes coming to Sanctuary Pointe will open in May 2017 and the third will open in July.
Located along Summerglow Dr., Classic Homes and Vantage Homes are slated to open brand new models in May 2017 and Saddletree is targeting a late July or early August 2017 opening. Sanctuary Pointe will feature two ranch plans and one 2-story plan, ranging in size from approximately 4,300 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft.
Classic Homes' 2-Story Dynasty Model Home features just over 5,000 Total Sq. Ft. and is scheduled to open the second week of May. The Dynasty, one of the builders most popular 2-story plans, has been refreshed based on feedback from homeowners who have built the plan over the years. With input from the sales team, builders, and design coordinators, the Dynasty is has a fresh new look! The plan showcases a main-level master suite, spacious greatroom with exquisite vault, formal dining room, breakfast island and nook, plus cozy family room adjacent to outdoor patio area. The basement offers a Jr. Master Suite plus 2 additional bedrooms and large expansive recreation room. The upper level represents two bedrooms, plus optional Loft (standard as a 3rd upper level bedroom) and one bathroom. The interior takes on a Modern Mountain look with cozy, yet dramatic, shades of grays and creams with black and rust to create a classic combination that is comfortable with just the right amount of modern and rustic.
Vantage's Riverwood Model Home is a new rancher that boasts a spacious 4,412 Total Sq. Ft.. The model is scheduled to open later in May, shortly after Classic's model home. The Riverwood, in its Rustic style elevation, offers a standard 3 car garage (2 car front and single car side load) with an optional 4th car (not shown on model). The plan includes two full suites and a powder bath standard on the main, basement can be optioned out with up to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The total bed and bath can be up to 5 bed and 5-1/2 bath, making for a thoughtful layout to maximize the space planning in this ranch plan. An optional "grand suite" creates a multi-generational living option with the 2nd suite on the main gaining private access to the side load garage. You'll find a large eat-in kitchen with walk-in pantry, owners entry off the garage. The Riverwood's volume ceiling heights, with 13' in the great room and entry, add the drama buyers are looking for in this floorplan. The exterior has a private courtyard on the front and large covered patio/deck out the rear.
Saddletree's popular Dillon Model Home is a beautiful new ranch plan, offering nearly 4,300 Total Sq. Ft. The model features a Mountain Modern elevation with a modern open floor plan showcasing 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom and connected laundry room are on the main level for easy one level living. For entertaining, there is a large family room with a convenient wet bar in the basement. The interior design will complement the exterior with outdoor elements and modern colors throughout the home. The Dillon Model is scheduled to open late July or early August.
